District 14 Volunteer Opportunities

Club Growth Team

Are you excited about helping people and getting them to a higher performance level? Are you fired up about getting more people to join Toastmasters so they can also experience personal and professional growth? Do you need to serve as a club coach, club sponsor, or club mentor to achieve your DTM award?

If you said yes to any of those questions, then District 14 needs you to help with the following committees!

Club Extension Committee: This committee recruits, trains, and tracks sponsors for all clubs that charter or are in the midst of the chartering process. They also facilitate the Club Sponsor Training.

Club Quality Committee: This committee recruits, trains, and tracks mentors for all clubs that charter or are in the midst of the chartering process.

Club Retention Committee: This committee recruits and trains coaches for all clubs that qualify for the program.

Young Professionals Club Committee: This committee will help us start a fun Toastmasters club in their city that is focused on the “Young Professionals” niche.

Public Relations Team

Calling all creatives! We need your help with promoting District 14 Toastmasters via local media, social media, and word of mouth for the purpose of attracting and retaining members. Whether you’re a professional or a novice, you can use your skills & talent to help us achieve our district mission while earning credit in Pathways and building your resume.

Our PRM needs volunteers for the following roles:

  • Content Writer
  • Copy Editor
  • Facebook Group & Page Moderator
  • Graphic Designer
  • Media + Press Liaison
  • Social Media Specialist
  • Video Editor
  • Video Strategist

District Conference Team

Our Annual Conference will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 and Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta Hotel.

We need volunteers for the following committees:

  • Advertising/Sponsorship
  • Awards and Recognition
  • Bookstore
  • Decorations
  • DJ and Music
  • First Timers
  • Gifts and Door Prizes
  • Program Booklet
  • Registration
  • and more!
