Division Evaluation Contest
November 1, 2021 - November 30, 2021
During an Evaluation Contest, contestants observe a five-to seven-minute test speech and then present a two-to three-minute evaluation of the test speech. Please refer to the Speech Contest Rulebook for further guidelines on how to conduct one.
