PROGRAM QUALITY INCENTIVES

PROGRAM QUALITY DIRECTOR'S INCENTIVES

 

2018-2019 PROGRAM QUALITY INCENTIVES

1) Clubs that earn Goals 2, 4, 6 and 9 by April 15, 2018, will receive a $25 TI Gift Certificate at the Conference

2) Clubs with All 7 Club Officers trained in one session during the Summer or Winter TLI will be entered into a drawing for a free ticket to the Conference.

3) Clubs with All 7 Officers trained in one session in BOTH the Summer and Winter TLI sessions will receive a $25 TI Gift Certificate and be entered again into the drawing for a free ticket to the Conference.

4) New Clubs that Charter between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019, will receive a Waiver of the TLI Club Officer fees for either the Summer or Winter session.

5) Clubs that become Distinguished or better by April 15, 2018, will receive an Early Achiever Award at the Conference.

6) Any club that qualifies to be President’s Distinguished by April 15, 2019 will be placed into a drawing for 2 free conference registrations

7) Any Division with 100% Distinguished or better clubs by April 15, 2019 will be place into a drawing to receive 50% off the conference registration for the Division Director and ALL the Area Directors of that division. If only ONE Division Qualifies, then that division Area and Division Directors will attend for free.

INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

  1. Any member who achieves 3 different educational awards by April 15, 2019, will receive a Triple Crown Pin at the Conference
  2. Any member who achieves 5 or more educational awards will receive a Super Achiever Award at the Conference

CLUB GROWTH INCENTIVES

CLUB GROWTH DIRECTOR'S INCENTIVES

 

2018-2019 CLUB GROWTH INCENTIVES

  • Membership Renewal Award:  Club with 8 or more members renewing for the entire year ( Oct1st 2018- Sept 30th 2019)  will receive  a 25$ TI gift certificate
  • Outstanding VPM Award: VPM of  the club with most number of new new members added during Smedley  (August 1st to Sept 30th) will receive 25$ TI gift certificate.

FOR DIVISIONS AND AREAS

  • Division with highest membership growth: Open Houses/Membership drives that leads to Division with highest membership growth during Smedley, Talk up Toastmasters and Beat the Clock award will receive 50$ in Toastmaster goodies. (Note: Goodies will be given to DD, who will give it out to AD based on their performance)

This award recognizes one Toastmaster whose dedication, commitment, and efforts significantly contributed toward achieving the district mission. Several activities and accomplishments are categorically listed. Area Director of the Year

This award recognizes an area director whose dedication, commitment, and area team significantly contributed toward achieving the district mission. Several activities and accomplishments are categorically listed. For each category, check all the activities and accomplishments which apply to the candidate. Where indicated, enter the number,  Frequency, or percentage of the accomplishment. Membership Contests

Smedley Award

Program Dates: August 1 – September 30

Can your club add five new, dual, or reinstated members with a join date between August 1 and September 30? Accomplish this goal and you’ll qualify to receive a "Smedley Award" ribbon, named in honor of Ralph Smedley, which you can display on your club’s banner. Qualifying clubs can also earn a special discount code for 10-percent off their next club order. (The discount code expires six months from the date of issue and is not valid with any other offer.)

Applications and payments for members with a join date between August 1 and September 30 must be received at World Headquarters or online no later than September 30. The addition of transfer and charter members does not count toward “Smedley Award” credit.

The winning clubs will be revealed online within a few weeks of the submission deadline. Winning clubs should allow up to 10 business days to receive their award if they are located in the United States, and up to 21 business days if they are outside of the United States.

 

Talk Up Toastmasters

Program Dates: February 1 – March 31

Toastmasters love to connect, so take advantage of it. The "Talk Up Toastmasters" membership program is the chance to encourage your members to invite guests to a special meeting where prospective members can learn about Toastmasters' many benefits. Then add five new, dual or reinstated members with a join date between February 1 and March 31, and you’ll receive a special "Talk up Toastmasters" ribbon to display on your club’s banner. Qualifying clubs can also earn a special discount code for 10-percent off their next club order. (The discount code expires six months from the date of issue and is not valid with any other offer.)

Applications and payments for members with a join date between February 1 and March 31 must be received at World Headquarters or online no later than March 31. The addition of transfer and charter members does not count towards “Talk Up Toastmasters”

Beat the Clock

Program Dates: May 1 – June 30

Toastmasters are taught to run meetings on time, finish speeches on time and reach membership goals on time. In that spirit, "Beat the Clock" is a great motivator for finishing the year on schedule—on time and with record numbers!  Make it your club’s goal to earn the "Beat the Clock" award and encourage every member to take part. Clubs adding five new, dual or reinstated members with a join date between May 1 and June 30 receive a "Beat the Clock" ribbon to display on the club’s banner. Qualifying clubs also earn a special discount code for 10-percent off their next club order. (The discount code expires six months from the date of issue and is not valid with any other offer.)
