The District 14 Leader Toolkit is a compilation of documents, forms and standards to help our District Leaders manage and lead INWARD, OUTWARD, and ONWARD! It is the vision and desire of our District Director, John Simmons, to have tools, presentations, certificates, and guidelines in one place where you can reference them from any device and any location. This section contains the District Director’s Roadmap to Achieving Excellence at the District, Division, and Area Director Levels. Additionally, it contains the District Administrative Bylaws and the District Leadership Handbook.
The Area Director’s Toolkit contains four attachments. The Area Director’s Club visit report, Moments of Truth, Evaluations, Chartering a Club Manual, and the Handbook for Serving Clubs through Visits.
The Contest Toolkit contains several key documents instrumental to conducting successful contests at the Club, Area, Division, and District Level.

The Brand Management Toolkit contains guidelines to help members communicate and implement the Toastmasters International Brand. This kit also contains various logo formats for documents and websites.
Presenter Guides and Slideshows
The Better Speaker Series modules are designed as 10-15 minute educational speeches to be given in your club. They give practical tips that can be of benefit to all members.
The Leadership Excellence Series helps members learn the skills they will need to be successful leaders inside and outside of Toastmasters.
Modules in this series address the quality of club meetings and offer tips on attracting and maintaining members.
